Ingredients
1 large poblano
1 jalapeno
1 tbs water
1/4 red onion
1 clove garlic
1/8 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cumin
juice from 1/2 a lemon
Directions
- Roast the poblano, jalapeno, onion, and garlic until they start to char and blister. About 5 minutes per side.
- Once roasted, use a spoon or table knife to scrape the skin off the poblano.
- Blend everything together in a blender until you get a consistency that you enjoy.
